Behavioral Health Resource Navigators
Behavioral Health System Navigators are trained to help residents find the right behavioral health care and services. Navigators can help with connection to mental health or substance use supports, care options, appointments, referrals, and barriers that can make it hard to know where to start.

We provide public health services in Guthrie, Audubon, and Adair counties, with environmental health services extending to Cass County. Our programs include immunizations, disease prevention, home health, primary care, women’s health, mental health services, family support, and resource navigation. We also protect community health through environmental health programs, emergency preparedness, and first responder services.

Programs, locations, and eligibility vary. Public health serves Guthrie, Audubon, and Adair counties; environmental health also serves Cass County. Call to confirm the program and location that meet your needs.

What should I bring to an appointment?
Ask our team when scheduling. Depending on the service, you may be asked to bring identification, insurance information, vaccination records, or a current medication list.
What if I need emergency help?
For a medical emergency, call 911. For mental health crisis support, call or text 988. Routine office phone lines are not emergency response services.
