The Guthrie County EMS Advisory Council was established by the Guthrie County Board of Supervisors to work on establishing a county wide plan to establish EMS as an essential service. 

 

The goal of the EMS council is to create a sustainable plan for a EMS system in Guthrie County that addresses both urban and rural needs for EMS response.
